Yin Martini

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 3 ounces Sake
  • .5 ounce Gin
  • Oriental Fruit (Garnish) (Optional)
  • Litchi Nut (Garnish) (Optional)

Pour both ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an oriental fruit or litchi nut.
