White Tiger's Milk

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 2 ounces Applejack Or Calvados
  • 2 ounces Marie Brizard Apry
  • .5 teaspoon Angostura Bitters
  • 2 ounces Simple Syrup
  • 1 beaten stiff Egg White
  • .5 pint Whole Milk
  • Nutmeg (Garnish)

Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and whisk to blend. Chill and serve dusted with the nutmeg.
