White Birch Fizz

  • 1.5 oz. Plymouth Gin
  • .75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Strega Liqueur
  • .5 oz. Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 oz. Club Soda

Dry-shake, then shake with ice. Strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top with 2 oz. club soda and garnish with a spritz of Suze.
