Vermouth Cassis

  • .75 ounce Crème De Cassis
  • 4 ounces Dry Vermouth
  • Twist of Lemon Peel (Garnish)

Fill a white-wine glass three-fourths full of ice. Pour in the cassis and fill with the vermouth. Garnish with the lemon twist.
