  • 1.5 ounces Busnel VSOP Calvados
  • .5 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .25 ounce Cinnamon Bark Syrup
  • .25 ounce Ginger Syrup
  • .25 ounce Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Sparkling Rosé

Shake all the ingredients (except the sparkling rosé) with ice, then strain into a flute. Top with sparkling rosé. No garnish.
