  • 1.5 ounces Lustau Amontillado Sherry
  • .5 ounce Jalapeño-Infused Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila
  • .25 ounce Cynar
  • .75 ounce Lime Juice
  • .5 ounce Celery Juice
  • .5 ounce Rich Cane Sugar Syrup
  • pinch of Kosher Salt
  • 1 stick of Celery (Garnish)

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with the celery stick.
