  • 2 oz. George T. Stagg Bourbon Whiskey
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 cube Sugar
  • Edouard Absinthe

Muddle the sugar cube and bitters into a paste. Add everything else, then stir with ice and strain into a chilled, Edouard Absinthe-rinsed rocks glass. Twist a lemon peel over the surface of the drink and discard.
