South Coast Cocktail

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 2.5 ounces Full-bodied Scotch Whisky
  • .5 ounce CuraƧao
  • .5 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .25 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 2.5 ounces Soda Water
  • 2 Flamed Orange Peel (Garnish)

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently and strain into two chilled martini glasses. Garnish each with the flamed orange peel.
