Sloe Scobeyville Sling

from Death & Co

  • 2 ounces Laird's Bonded Apple Brandy
  • 1 ounce Plymouth Sloe Gin
  • .5 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .75 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • Club Soda
  • Slice of Fuji Apple (Garnish)

Short shake all the ingredients (except the club soda) with 3 ice cubes, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda. Garnish with the apple slice and serve with a straw.
