Silver Root Beer Fizz

  • 1 oz. Mount Gay Eclipse White Rum
  • 1 oz. Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 oz. Fitz's Root Beer

Dry-shake, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled fizz glass. Top with 2 oz. Fitz's Root Beer. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
