Short Rib

  • 2 ounces Jalapeño-Infused Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila
  • .75 ounce Lime Juice
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • .75 teaspoon Pomegranate Molasses

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a coupe. No garnish.
