Shiso Delicious

  • 1.75 oz. Aviation Gin
  • .75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • .25 oz. Martinique Sugar Cane Syrup
  • 2 Leaves of Shiso
  • 1 4-inch long slice Red Bell Pepper

Muddle the shiso, red bell pepper, and cane syrup. Add everything else, then shake and fine-strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish.
