Sherry Cocktail

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 2.5 ounces Fino Sherry
  • .5 ounce Absinthe
  • .5 ounce Maraschino Liqueur
  • Flamed Orange Peel (Garnish)

Shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the flamed orange peel.
