  • 1 ounce CuraƧao
  • .5 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1 Lemon Zest (Garnish)

The modern recipe for this English and Australian favorite is a pint glass of lager beer mixed half and half with lemonade (lemonade in England refers to sparkling lemon-lime soda, similar to our 7-Up). But the original recipe from the time of Dickens was much more interesting.
