Sevilla

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 3 ounces Stolichnaya Ohranj Vodka
  • .75 ounce Lustau East India Solera Reserva Sherry
  • Flamed Orange Peel (Garnish)

Stir with ice to chill and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the flamed orange peel.

I created the Sevilla at Jeroboam Restaurant in Dallas to complement their Onion and Cheddar soup.
