  • 1.5 ounces Vodka
  • 5 ounces Orange Juice
  • slice of Orange (Garnish)

Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with the orange slice.

This was one of the drinks that John Martin used to promote Smirnoff vodka after the Second World War. The name comes from the oilmen in Texas, Oklahoma, and California who stirred the vodka and OJ with their screwdrivers.
