Schuman's Alley

  • .75 ounce Contratta Vermouth Bianco
  • .75 ounce Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • .75 ounce Cocchi Americano
  • 1 ounce Fords Gin
  • .5 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 dash Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
  • 1 dash Dale Degroff's Pimento Bitters
  • Lemon Peel (Garnish)

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass. To garnish, squeeze the lemon twist over the drink, then roll it up, skewer it on a cocktail pick, and drop it in the drink.
