Saz Who?

  • 1.5 ounces Cruzan Single-Barrel Rum
  • .5 ounce Clear Creek Pear Brandy
  • 2 dashes Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
  • 1 teaspoon Rich Demerara Syrup
  • 4 dashes House Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Lemon Peel

Stir all the ingredients (except the lemon twist) over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass. Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink and discard. No garnish.
