Rosarita Highball

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1.5 ounces Tequila
  • .5 ounce Crème De Cassis
  • .25 ounce Lime Juice
  • 4 ounces Ginger Ale
  • slice of Cucumber (Garnish)

Shake the first three ingredients and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Fill with ginger ale. Garnish with the slice of cucumber.
