  • 1.5 ounces Zacapa 23-Year Rum
  • .75 ounce Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
  • .5 ounce Otima 10-Year Tawny Port
  • 2.5 teaspoons Marie Brizard White Crème De Cacao
  • 2.5 teaspoons Alchemia Chocolate Vodka
  • 1 dash Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a martini glass. No garnish.

This drink is loosely based on the flavors of rocky road ice cream, minus the overwhelming sweetness. —TW
