Robert Johnson Swizzle

  • 2 ounces Evan Williams Single-Barrel Bourbon
  • .75 ounce Otima 10-Year Tawny Port
  • .5 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .75 ounce Vanilla Syrup
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters
  • 3 dashes House Peychaud's Bitters
  • Sprig of Mint (Garnish)

Dry shake all the ingredients (except the bitters), then dump into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice. Swizzle until cold. Add the bitters and swizzle them into the top of the drink. Garnish with the mint sprig and serve with a straw.
