Rapscallion

  • 2.25 oz. Talisker 10-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
  • .75 oz. Lustau Pedro Ximénez Sherry

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled, St. George Absinthe-rinsed coupe. Twist a lemon peel over the surface and discard. No garnish.
