Raisin Burn

  • 2 ounces Dried Currant-Infused Wild Turkey Rye Whiskey
  • .75 ounce Lustau East India Solera Sherry
  • 1 whole Egg
  • .5 ounce Heavy Cream
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Cinnamon (Garnish)

Dry shake all the ingredients, then add 1 large ice cube and shake again. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with a few grates of cinnamon.
