Puerto Rican Racer

  • 2 ounces Ron Del Barrilito 3-Star Rum
  • .5 ounce Laird's Bonded Apple Brandy
  • Scant .5 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 teaspoon Grenadine
  • 1 dash House Peychaud's Bitters

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. No garnish.
