Pisco Sour

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1.5 ounces Pisco
  • .75 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 small Egg White
  • Several drops Angostura Bitters

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a small cocktail glass. Garnish with several drops of Angostura bitters on top of the foam.
