Pineau Martini

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 2 ounces De Fussigny Pineau Des Charentes
  • 1 ounce Gin
  • Flamed Orange Peel (Garnish)

Assemble the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the Ramed orange peel.
