Pineapple Julep

  • leaves of 2 tender sprigs of Mint
  • 3 wedges of ripe Pineapple
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 2 ounces Bourbon Whiskey
  • 2 tender sprigs of Mint (Garnish)

In a mixing glass, muddle the mint leaves, pineapple wedges, and Simple Syrup. Add the bourbon and ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice and stir well until the glass frosts. Garnish with the mint sprigs.
