Pimms Cup

  • 2 oz. Pimms No. 1 Cup
  • .75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 slices of Cucumber
  • 1 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Ale
  • 1 slice of Cucumber (Garnish)

Muddle the cucumber and simple syrup. Add Pimms and lemon juice, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice. Top with 1 oz. Fever Tree Ginger Ale. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
