Picon Punch II

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1 ounce Amer Picon
  • .5 ounce Grenadine
  • .5 ounce Brandy
  • 4 to 5 ounces Soda Water
  • Lemon Peel (Garnish)

Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into an ice- filled highball glass. Top with soda and garnish with a lemon twist.
