Picon Punch

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 2 ounces Amer Picon
  • .5 ounce Lemon Juice
  • .5 ounce Grenadine
  • Soda Water
  • Ginger Ale (Optional)
  • Fruit (Garnish)

Shake the first three ingredients well with ice and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda, or if you prefer a sweeter drink, top with ginger ale. Garnish generously with fresh seasonal fruits.
