Peach Melissa

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1.5 ounces Gosling's Dark Rum
  • .5 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 ounce Orange Juice
  • .25 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Peach Purée
  • slice of Peach (Garnish)

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a peach slice.
