Paul's Club Cocktail

  • 2 oz. Tanqueray Gin
  • 1 oz. Concord Shrub
  • .25 oz. Simple Syrup
  • .25 oz. Ricard Pastis

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Float .25 oz. of Ricard Pastis. No garnish.
