Park Life Swizzle

  • 1 ounce Ransom Old Tom Gin
  • 1 ounce Lustau Amontillado Sherry
  • .5 ounce Velvet Falernum
  • .75 ounce Lime Juice
  • .5 ounce Ginger Syrup
  • 6 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Sprig of Mint (Garnish)

Dry shake all the ingredients (except the bitters), then dump into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice. Top with the bitters. Garnish with the mint sprig, and serve with a straw.
