Noval Cup

  • 2 oz. Noval Black Port
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 Strawberry
  • 2 oz. Club Soda

Muddle the strawberry with the simple syrup. Add everything else, then shake with ice and finestrain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice. Top with 2 oz. Club Soda. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
