Norman Inversion

  • 1 oz. Aviation Gin
  • .5 oz. Schönauer Apple Schnapps
  • .25 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • .25 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash Regan's Orange Bitters
  • 2 oz. Dupont Brut Sparkling Cider

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Top with 2 oz. Dupont Brut Sparkling Cider. No garnish.
