New Orleans Cocktail

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 2 ounces Bourbon Whiskey
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 2 dashes CuraƧao
  • Flamed Lemon Peel (Garnish)

Stir all the ingredients with ice as you would a Martini and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the flamed lemon peel. Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass.

Peychaud's bitters mix well in most whiskey and brandy drinks.
