  • .75 ounce Clear Creek Pear Brandy
  • .75 ounce Laird's Bonded Apple Brandy
  • .75 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Dry Champagne
  • Slice of Anjou Pear (Garnish)

Stir all the ingredients (except the champagne) over ice, then strain into a flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with the Anjou pear slice.
