Mi Amaro

  • 2 ounces El Tesoro Reposado Tequila
  • .5 ounce Amaro Ciociaro
  • .5 ounce Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
  • .25 ounce St-Germain
  • Grapefruit Peel (Garnish)

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with the grapefruit twist.
