Mexican Blonde

from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1.5 ounces Light Rum
  • .5 ounce Kahlúa
  • .5 ounce Curaçao
  • 1 ounce Heavy Cream

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

This can also be served as a frozen drink, but double the amount of Kahlúa and orange curaçao.
