Mexi-Gin Martini

  • 2 ounces Plymouth Gin
  • .5 ounce Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • .25 ounce Del Maguey Crema De Mezcal
  • .25 ounce Jalapeño-Infused Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila
  • .25 ounce Green Chartreuse
  • 1 dash Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe. No garnish.
