Merry Widow

  • Dash Absinthe
  • 2 ounces Gin
  • .5 ounce Dry Vermouth
  • Dash Angostura Bitters
  • Dash Bénédictine
  • Flamed Lemon Peel (Garnish)

Season a chilled martini glass with the absinthe and set it aside. Stir the remaining ingredients with ice in a bar glass and strain into the chilled martini glass. Garnish with the flamed lemon peel.
