Melon Stand

  • 2 oz. Plymouth Gin
  • 1 oz. Watermelon Juice
  • .75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Aperol
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with pebble ice. Garnish with three watermelon balls on a pick.
