Masataka Swizzle

  • 1.5 oz. Nikka Taketsuru 12-Year-Old Japanese Malt Whisky
  • .5 oz. Luxardo Amaretto
  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 barspoon Demerara Syrup

Add everything to a chilled rocks glass, then fill with pebble ice. Swizzle, then top with more pebble ice. Garnish with 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters and a mint sprig.
