from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 2 ounces Canadian Whiskey
  • .5 ounce CuraƧao
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 piece Orange

Shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Squeeze the lemon and orange.

From the Hi Ho Club, Hollywood, circa 1930. The fruit could be muddled into this drink and then shaken for added 5avor. Strain out the muddled fruit and add fresh fruit as the garnish.
