from The Craft of the Cocktail

  • 1 ounce Light Rum
  • .5 ounce Sweet Vermouth
  • .5 ounce Dry Vermouth
  • 1 ounce Orange Juice
  • .5 ounce Lime Juice
  • Dash Maraschino Liqueur
  • Flamed Orange Peel (Garnish)

Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the flamed orange peel.

This was an early recipe from the famous El Floridita Bar in Havana, Cuba.
