Luau

  • .75 oz. Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
  • .75 oz. Appleton Estate V/X Rum
  • .75 oz. El Dorado 15-Year-Old Rum
  • .5 oz. Lime Juice
  • .5 oz. Simple Syrup
  • .25 oz. Boiron Passion Fruit Purée
  • .25 oz. Kassatly Chtaura Orgeat
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with pebble ice. Top with more pebble ice and garnish with an umbrella, a lime wheel, an orange slice, and two large straws.
