  • 1.5 ounces Eagle Rare 10-Year Bourbon
  • .5 ounce Rothman & Winter Cherry Liqueur
  • .5 ounce Ruby Port
  • 1 dash Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
  • Dry Champagne
  • Orange Peel (Garnish)

Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then strain into a flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with the orange twist.
