Little Bit Country

  • 2 oz. Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey
  • .75 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5oz. Deep Mountain Grade B Maple Syrup
  • .25 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1.25-inch slice of Jalapeño With A Few Seeds
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash House Orange Bitters

Muddle the jalapeño with the maple syrup. Add everything else, then shake with ice and fine-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a flamed orange twist.
