  • 1 ounce Tariquet VS Classique Bas-Armagnac
  • .75 ounce Guillon-Painturaud Cognac Grande Champagne VSOP
  • .75 ounce Busnel VSOP Calvados
  • .75 ounce Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • .25 ounce Alvear Festival Pale Cream Sherry
  • .25 ounce Maple Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Lemon Peel
  • Slice of Fuji Apple (Garnish)

Stir all the ingredients (except the lemon twist) over ice, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink and discard. Garnish with the apple slice.
