  • 2 ounces Santa Teresa 1796 Rum
  • .5 ounce Cherry Heering
  • .25 ounce Rich Demerara Syrup
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • .5 ounce Heavy Cream
  • 2 dashes Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
  • Brandied Cherry (Garnish)

Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with the cherry.
